Onze tweede dag in Sydney bestond uit; ontbijt op circulair quay, een bis naar de vismarkt, tenminste, als de chauffeur ons had gewaarschuwd, een wandeling naar de vismarkt en sashimi en aardbei lunch.
Daarna gingen we met de light rail naar Hyde park, bekeken de winnaars in een natuur fotografie wedstrijd, en aten een ijsje in het park .
Bregje liet zich vallen in het park en speelde; dat had ze nodig.
Avondeten was weer in chinatown, maar minder indrukwekkend dan de avond ervoor, ook al was het Peking Duck. Daarna liepen we terug naar Darling Harbour, waar we de ferrie terug namen. In het donker zagen we eenprachtig opgelichte brug en operahuis (onfotografeerbaar natuurlijk) . Luna Park zag er ook fantastisch uit in het donker, dus de kinderen wilden gelijk erin! Maar we vonden het toch te laat, dus moesten ze mee naar onze tuin.
Our second day in Sydney consisted of; breakfast at Circulair Quay, a bus to the fish market, that is, if the driver had warned us, a walk to the fish market, and sashimi and strawberry lunch. Then we took the lightrail to Hyde park, where we first looked at a great exhibition of nature Photography, and then had icecreams in the park.
For dinner it was chinatown again, but not as memorable as the night before, even though we had Peking Duck. We walked back to Darling harbour, and took the ferry 'home' which gave us a very nice view at a lighted bridge and opera house. Luna park also looked magical in the night, so the children wanted to go there instantly, but we had to dissapoint them; ten o' clock is just too late.
